Terms: $750 Registered Fells, $450 crossbred, (Live Foal Guarantee) Payable when mare arrives at Kimberlake Farm. $5.00/day mare care.

Upon arrival at Kimberlake Farm, mare owners are to provide
1) The stud fee
2) A Negative Coggins Test
3) A clean culture report done within 30 days (unless the mare is a maiden or has a foal at her side.)
4) Proof of inoculations done within past 12 months including Eastern and Western Encephalomyelitis (sleeping sickness), Rhinopneumonitis respiratory (EHV-1 & EHV-4), Equine influenza (A1 & A2) including KY 93, tetanus toxoid, and Strangles.
5) Worming done within the last two weeks.
6) Mare should be unshod.

Mare care will be paid when mare is picked up. Number of days x $5.00

Any additional fees, including by not limited to veterinary care, will be paid for at that time as well. The mare will not be released until all fees and bills are paid.

Kimberlake Farm agrees to breed the above mare to Stonecreek Magic Minstrel. Should the mare not produce a live foal that stands and nurses, the mare owner will be entitled to a return breeding or the stud fee will be returned. A veterinarian’s statement with details must be received within 5 days of the foal’s death. If the mare does not get in foal, the stud fee will be returned upon receipt of veterinarian’s statement that the mare is not in foal.

By signing the agreement below, the mare owner(s) empower Kimberlake Farm to act as their agent in case of extreme emergency concerning the mare (and/or foal). Kimberlake Farm will exercise care for the mare while she is at Kimberlake Farm. However, we will not be held responsible for injuries or accidents which might occur.

Mare owners must read the following statement and sign below. Their signature indicates agreement with this contract in it entirety.

I hereby release Kimber Bishop and Kimberlake Farm in full from any and all liability or responsibility from any death, disease, injury, infection, accident or otherwise and by any cause whatsoever, to my mare and/or foal, and I am similarly released from any liability concerning Stonecreek Magic Minstrel.
